Job summary

ASTRO in Indonesia is seeking a Fleet Senior Supervisor to oversee daily Middle Mile fleet operations at Astro's fulfillment Warehouse (DC). You will lead a team of Team Leaders, optimize trucking scheduling and dispatch, manage vendor communications, and drive continuous process improvements to ensure operational excellence and maintain on-time delivery SLAs from Warehouse (DC) to Hubs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet operation costs and variances.
• Maintain trucking schedule from arrival to warehouse.
• Coordinate with warehouse and QA to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate with vendors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders during incidents.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and 5S.
• Prepare daily KPI-aligned reports.

About this Position

We are seeking a Fleet Senior Supervisor to oversee daily Middle Mile fleet operations at Astro's fulfillment Warehouse (DC). In this role, you will lead a team of Team Leaders, optimize trucking scheduling and dispatch, manage vendor communications, and drive continuous process improvements to ensure operational excellence and maintain on-time delivery Service Level Agreements (SLAs) from Warehouse (DC) to Hubs.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Monitoring actual cost and additional cost (if any) for fleet operation
• Maintain trucking schedule from arrival to WH till drop in All Hubs
• Work with warehouse and quality assurance team to maintain on time delivery and quality
• Communication with Vendor.
• Coordination with all stakeholders if any incident.
• Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, security and 5S implementation.
• Evaluate worklngflow to increase manpower productivity and service level
• Conduct daily report align with KPI

Job Requirements

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• At least 1 years experience in the fleet or logistic company.
• Advanced knowledge to overseeing loading and delivery process,
• Maintain compliance budget and actual delivery cost.
• Prioritizes customer satisfaction and provides added value for the internal division & all stakeholders.
• Ensuring standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Excellence in leadership, communication, cost-concious, people development & plan executions.
• Proficient in operating Ms. Office / G-suite (especially Ms. Excel / Google sheet formula and Google slide)
• Flexibility working hours, including weekends and public holiday.
• Experienced in a fast-paced work environment, with a strong sense of ownership.
