Job summary

Topworld Dessen Global in Jakarta, Indonesia, is seeking a Trucking Planner to manage fleet schedules, allocate jobs, and coordinate with trucking vendors to ensure timely, safe deliveries.

You will maintain clear communication with internal and external customers, monitor driver GPS positions, and ensure delivery documents are complete. The role requires 1–2 years in logistics trucking and a degree in management or related field.

Qualifications

• Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in management, logistics, or operations.
• 1–2 years experience as trucking planner in logistics or trucking company.
• Good knowledge of logistics field, especially trucking business.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure with deadlines.
• Able to operate computer (MS Office).
• Able to build good relationships and cooperation with vendors and customers.
• Willing to be flexible with working hours and remain contactable when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet by creating schedules and distributing jobs
• Communicate with trucking vendors and plan job allocation to available units
• Check daily delivery orders from customers and distribute to trucking vendors
• Provide updates on each job to internal and external customers
• Track all vendor units after distributing job planning
• Ensure each vendor and driver has complete delivery documents (delivery note, delivery order, lift on lift off, loading receipt, etc.)
• Monitor and track driver position from GPS to ensure shipments arrive safely and completely on time
• Remain reachable and responsive outside normal working hours when required, as trucking operations may run beyond standard office hours
