Job summary

Kerry Indonesia is seeking a full-time Taste Foundation Technology specialist to lead end-to-end development for the Indonesian market, including encapsulation, emulsions, and blending, with sensory evaluation and data-driven recommendations.

You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with flavourists, applications and EUM teams, and drive process improvements to optimise costs and ensure EHS compliance while supporting growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Food Technology or Food Science.
• 3+ years in flavour encapsulation, emulsion, liquid/dry blending, and reaction processes.
• 2+ years managing flavour materials and portfolio.
• Intermediate sensory analysis and ability to use MS Office and SAP ERP.
• Yellow belt Six Sigma or CI knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Taste Foundation Technology for Indonesian market.
• Define technical specs to enable processing and cost optimization.
• Progress key Taste Foundation projects with flavourist, application, and EUM teams.
• Central liaison for Taste Foundation Technology RDA in Karawang with commercial teams for SEA market.
• Research trends to keep Kerry Indonesia at forefront of meat innovation.
• Build strategic relationships with internal and external customer teams.
• Elevate Kerry Indonesia technical capability for customer projects.
• Collaborate with Category Buyers on raw materials portfolio.
• Support sustainability and EHS compliance.
