Qualifications
- Food Technology or Food Science background required.
- Experience with flavour processes including encapsulation, emulsion, and blending.
- Minimum 3 years in related flavour manufacturing/processing.
Responsibilities
- Support development of Taste Foundation Technology for Indonesian market.
- Define technical specs for processing and cost optimisation.
- Collaborate with flavourists, application, and EUM teams to progress projects.
- Lead Taste Foundation technical activities with RDA in Karawang.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external technical teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and sustainability in Taste Team workflows.
