Aman Group Sarl is seeking a dedicated Spa & Fitness Attendant in Bangkok to welcome guests and deliver exceptional service at the Aman Nai Lert facilities. You will perform wellness services, maintain cleanliness of fitness and spa areas, and promote available treatments and promotions to guests. Responsibilities include punctuality, accurate information sharing about services, equipment care, and collaboration with the team to ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Here, history and nature will come together to tell a new Aman story, one entwined with the exceptional legacy of Thailand’s revered Nai Lert family.Responsibilities and Duties:General:- Be on time on shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.- Effectively inform and educate our guests about specific Finess and wellness concerns.- Properly care for Fitness equipment.- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.- Perform prep work, properly clean at Fitness and wellness facilities as required.- Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or guests in the Fitness that require attention.- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.- Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.- Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests from guests.- Possess the ability to work without direct supervision.- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.- Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the Fitness.- Assist in all areas of spa and wellness operation as requested by supervisors.- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.- Excellent communication and listening skills.- Ensure that all Rules and Regulation of the Section concerned are being adhered to by the guests.- Be flexible with their working hours, if necessary, to meet guest requirements.- Be responsible for reporting any damage in and around the sections of assignment to your Supervisors.- Attend the Daily Briefing to ensure awareness of any information required for the day.- Report any issues, whether internal or external that may affect the optimal functioning of the Supervisors- Participate in ongoing training as organized by Supervisor to refine and upgrade skills.- Being always well-groomed, with clean uniforms, hair neat and off the face.- Ensure hygiene standards are always adhered to, including disinfecting at Fitness and locker facilities.- To conduct all Fitness programs when requires.
