Job summary

SAMIR seeks a Risk Management professional to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks across its P2P lending cash loan products. You will support risk assessment, RCSA, risk monitoring, and data analysis to ensure risks are properly managed in line with internal policies and OJK regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Risk Management, preferably in fintech, P2P lending, banking, multifinance, or financial services.
• Good understanding of risk assessment, RCSA, internal controls, KRI, and risk mitigation.
• Good understanding of credit and operational risks in lending businesses.
• Familiarity with OJK regulations and P2P lending/LPBBTI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Professional certification such as FRM, CRMA, CERM, or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential risks across business processes, products, and operations.
• Conduct Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) to identify risks, assess control effectiveness, and highlight control gaps.
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRI), risk limits, portfolio performance, and emerging risks.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of risk mitigation and corrective action plans.
• Analyze risk data and trends to identify potential issues and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare regular risk reports, dashboards, and risk assessments for management.
• Collaborate with Business, Credit, Collection, Operations, Product, IT, Compliance, and other teams on risk-related matters.
• Support the implementation and improvement of risk management policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor updates in OJK regulations and industry practices relevant to P2P lending/LPBBTI.
