ALTA ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Designer to join a small, hands-on design team.

You will shape interfaces across the core and client product suites, turning complex financial data into intuitive experiences for investors, issuers, and internal users. Collaborating with a senior designer, PMs, and engineers, you’ll participate in the full design process from research to prototyping, handoff, and iteration after launch.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of product design experience (UI/UX).
• Strong portfolio with at least 2 case studies showing process and learnings.
• At least one shipped product or feature and the ability to discuss it in detail.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; able to explain design decisions to non-designers.
• Comfortable in Figma and understand how software gets built.
• Curious and open to feedback; eager to grow alongside a senior designer.
• Balances user outcomes with business goals.

Responsabilidades

• Own features and flows end-to-end from problem framing to post-launch iteration with guidance from a senior designer.
• Turn complex financial workflows into clear, usable screens in Figma.
• Contribute to and iterate on the design system to maintain consistency across products.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and QA to ensure designs ship as intended.
• Maintain regular updates and align on design decisions with cross-functional teams.
