PT UangMe Fintek Indonesia is seeking a proactive Relationship Manager to drive acquisition and engagement with lender partners in Jakarta. You will manage lender performance, communicate user experience insights, and craft strategies to grow the lending portfolio.

You will report on acquisition and lending metrics, develop engagement plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize onboarding and retention of lender users in a fast-growing fintech lending platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• Fintech lending industry experience, especially crafting retail lender strategy.
• Strong potential lender inventory.
• Proven performance in acquiring lender users and increasing lending portfolio.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; English preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sales acquisition of potential new lender user
• Manage the acquired lender user lending performance
• Communicate & engage with acquired lender users about the user experience
• Create a report of the acquisition & lending performance
• Create & execute engagement plan to increase acquisition & lending performance
