Job summary

POSe is seeking a Product Owner/Technical PO or Systems Analyst to drive requirements extraction, impact analysis, and scoping with users in a fintech/POS context. You will produce structured architecture and process docs, coordinate with Development and QA, manage UAT and sign-off, and oversee release readiness to ensure clear, reproducible deployment steps.

This role emphasizes strong negotiation, orchestration across multiple projects, and familiarity with payment systems and API contracts.

Qualifications

2–5 years as Product Owner, Technical PO, or Systems Analyst in Fintech/E-Wallet/PPOB/POS industries.
Solid understanding of payment systems and API integrations.
Able to read and validate technical outputs (architecture assessments, API contracts, data models).
Background as Developer or Systems Analyst is strongly preferred.
Proficient in project management tools and documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

Requirement & Impact Analysis: extract requirements from users and validate scope with users.
Documentation: produce structured analysis documents covering architecture, flows, effort estimates, and spec-ready output.
Technical Sync: coordinate with Dev & QA to review specs and clarify requirements.
UAT: prepare test cases and facilitate UAT sessions with end-users.
Release Oversight: ensure release documentation is complete and deployment steps are clear and reproducible.
