Qualifications

• 2–4 years of quota-driven sales experience in Consumer Lending, Digital Lending, and Debt Consolidation.
• Experience handling distressed or subprime customers is a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and present structured solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own defined monthly targets for enrollment, revenue, and conversion metrics.
• Convert inbound and assigned leads into restructuring program enrollments.
• Conduct structured financial assessments and position solutions clearly.
• Maintain daily activity targets and manage the CRM/LMS pipeline.
