Job summary

PT Inovasi Karya International is seeking a Financial Planning Head to steer budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in Jakarta Barat. You will lead the finance team, partner with business units and senior leaders to craft accurate financial models and strategic plans that drive sustainable growth and risk-aware decision making.

You will own management reporting, real-time data analysis, and scenarios that shape short- and medium-term actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Financial Planning/Head role.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial modeling.
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience partnering with BU leaders to advise budgeting and performance decisions.
• Eligible to work in Jakarta Barat.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Retail industry exposure or auditing background a plus.

Help the leader build a business plan around strategy and work together to achieve business goals.

Influence and drive strategic decisions through accurate budgeting of P/H/E value creation.

Lead, develop, and secure business forecasting capability for the business team to support performance analysis, understanding, and optimized decision-making.

Identify and understand risks and business challenges related to planning.

Support day-to-day business decisions by using financial and extra-financial real-time data.

Translate business needs, in line with country strategy, into financial and extra-financial consequences and solutions.

Provide user-friendly business information to support analysis, understanding of P/H/E performance, and optimized short- and medium-term decisions.

Play an active role in risk management with the leader.

Build financial models to facilitate decision-making.

Prepare the business for the future through trusted business advisory support.

Identify and understand business challenges, and propose and create solutions by embracing innovation, new technologies, and market dynamics.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years as Financial Planing Head.

Experience with budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, and financial modeling.

Experience with Excel and Google Sheets.

Experience partnering directly with BU leaders to advise decision-making on budgeting and performance.

Eligible to work in Jakarta Barat

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.

Experience in a retail business environment and auditor is a plus.
