Job summary

JAPFA in Indonesia's East Java region seeks a Production Planning supervisor to oversee daily production planning and scheduling, ensuring targets are met and operations stay aligned with demand.

You will monitor plan adherence, material availability and capacity utilization, coordinate schedules with operations and support teams, identify gaps and risks, escalate as needed, and lead supervisors and planners while supporting system updates and reporting.
