Job summary

Kaishi Partners is seeking a Financial Controller in Jakarta to lead the finance function as the first hire. The role requires 8+ years in startup finance, with experience in managing high-volume payouts and Indonesian tax matters.

You will own month-end close, payroll, treasury, and reporting, while steering stakeholders across a global team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced scaleup environment and take on broad, varied responsibilities to shape the company’s financial operations

Qualifications

• A finance leader with 8+ years experience who has worked in a startup.
• Experience of working with high-volume payouts.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax.
• Role will span the full gamut of finance e.g. month end, payroll, treasury, reporting.
• Superb stakeholder management skills to work with a diverse global team.
