Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Business & Financial Performance Analyst to drive cross-border FP&A, blending strategic insight with rigorous financial analysis across markets, segments and products.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles, translate complex data into concise recommendations, and partner with regional leaders to improve profitability and efficiency. Strong Excel/BI skills and experience in multinational e-commerce help shape decision-support materials for senior management.

• Responsibilities require strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Experience with cross-border or multinational e-commerce FP&A is a plus.
