Job summary

PT Yili Indonesia Dairy (Sales Office) seeks a proactive accounting/finance assistant to perform daily, monthly, and yearly tasks and to coordinate with HQ on operational matters. The role involves supporting year-end audits and tax audits, and building strong relationships within the team and with external auditors and tax officers.

Mandarin proficiency is MUST, and newcomers or those with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major from a reputable university with GPA of at least 3.50.
• Technical competency: Microsoft Excel, Statistics, and Data Analysis.
• Language: Mandarin proficiency is MUST.
• Experience: fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience.

• Perform accounting and finance tasks on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.

Job description

Perform accounting and finance tasks on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.

Coordinate with Headquarter (HQ) and management regarding daily operations and project-related matters.

Support for annual year end audit, tax audit, and other work related.

Build and maintain good working relationships within the department, across departments, and with external parties, such as external auditors and tax officers.

Demonstrate excellent proficiency in Mandarin Language to support effective communication, document translation and coordination between HQ with the local team.

Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in any major from a reputable university, with GPA min. 3.50.
