Job summary

PT Coastal Grand Villas in Bali is hiring a Finance staff to support the Finance Manager with day-to-day accounting tasks. The role focuses on accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of duties to support operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of accounting experience, strong spreadsheet skills, and a solid understanding of PSAK. The position reports to the Finance Manager and operates primarily on-site in Bali.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets and data entry.
• Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, and the PSAK.
• Ability to work independently.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an accountant.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
• Analyzing employee expenditures.
• Managing income and expenditure accounts.
• Generating financial reports from income and expenditure data.
• Monitoring finances based on financial status.
• Filing and remitting taxes and other obligations.
• Initiating and managing accounting software used by the company.

Under the guidance and supervision of the Finance Manager, the Finance staff will be responsible for the day-to-day organization of accounting and organizational tasks in support of the operational activities, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and consistency of work.

Key responsibilities

• Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
• Managing income and expenditure accounts
• Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data
• Keeping a check on the company's finances based on financial status
• Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company

About you
