Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk is seeking an Accounting Officer (Consolidation & Reporting) to join our Finance team in Jakarta. You will handle month-end financial and operational performance analyses for JV entities and prepare public disclosures.

The role requires a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, strong auditing and IFRS/SAK knowledge, and experience at a public accounting firm (Big 4 preferred). Fluency in English and solid communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP), Big 4 preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK) and IFRS.
• Experience auditing clients across sectors is a plus.
• Excellent communication and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end financial and operational performance analysis for operating JV entities.
• Prepare public releases and review KJPP reports and other financial documentation.
• Analyze accounting data to assist in corporate actions execution.
• Provide support on ad-hoc projects and strategic business initiatives.
• Evaluate the adequacy of financial statement disclosures and regulatory compliance.
