Job summary

PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk is seeking a Finance Analyst to prepare corporate financial management reports, executive packages, and dynamic models. You will support valuation process with KJPP and drive cross-functional coordination to track site performance and enable strategic decisions.

The role requires 4–6 years in corporate FP&A or related fields, with at least 3 years at a Big 4 firm. Mining/industrial exposure is preferred; strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 4–6 years in Corporate FP&A, Financial Modelling, or Financial Consolidation Reporting.
• Minimum 3 years of prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Experience in mining, construction, manufacturing, or heavy industries is preferred.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, strong coordination skills, and professional integrity.
• Advanced financial modelling (3-statement models), valuation concepts, and variance analysis.
• Stakeholder collaboration, task management, and cross-functional facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic baseline and post-transaction financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to support independent valuation firms (KJPP).
• Review and evaluate transaction documentation to prepare and supply data packages for fairness opinion reviews.
• Build and maintain financial models to support asset revaluations and impairment testing.
• Prepare detailed quarterly internal financial reports tracking P&L, cash flow, and active loan/debt transactions.
• Develop monthly executive committee reporting packages to support leadership decisions.
• Liaise with Corporate Planning and accounting teams to streamline data collection and site variance analyses.
• Continuously enhance financial modelling templates and reporting tools to increase accuracy.
