Job summary

Mitracomm Ekasarana in North Jakarta (Grand Ancol) seeks a Finance Officer responsible for petty cash, payroll, and daily financial transactions. The role requires accurate processing and timely reporting in line with Finance SOPs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, at least 1 year in finance, and strong Excel, m-Banking, and Oracle NetSuite skills. You will work under time pressure and handle multiple tasks daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance.
• Proficient in Excel, m-Banking, Oracle NetSuite, and other finance systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Able to work under time constraints and handle multiple transactions.
• Willing to be placed in Grand Ancol, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Review and check Petty Cash Voucher, approved journal entries for Petty Cash and any operational expenses (business trip, utilities, telephone, internet).
• Control, monitor operational petty cash at Phintraco Group and make monthly Petty Cash Report.
• Review and check payroll payments and make monthly payroll report.
• Review detail transaction of manpower's overtime (IT).
• Handle daily activities of finance transactions and ensuring that all major company, month-end, and year-end report are completed accurately and on time
• Ensuring compliance with all Finance SOP.
