Job summary

Royal Den Hartogh Logistics seeks a Finance Executive to oversee day-to-day accounting with a focus on cash, AP, AR, and reporting. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate records.

Responsibilities include cash management, vendor invoicing, aging reports, month-end close, and supporting audits. A degree in accounting or finance and 3–5 years of experience are required, with CPA/ACCA/CMA a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience with cash, AP, AR, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payments list and execute timely payments per procedures.
• Prepare weekly cash outflow forecasts for bank reconciliation.
• End-to-end AP: PO issuance, invoice verification, and payments.
• Review vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, maintain supplier relations.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports; reconcile GL.
• Support month-end/year-end closing, including journal entries.
• Assist audits with documentation and respond to queries.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
