Job summary

SCG Indonesia is seeking a Finance Officer to maintain accurate financial records, manage transactions, and support decision-making with timely financial data across accounting, tax, and business units.

You will process daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, assist in month-end close, support budget tracking, and prepare routine management reports, collaborating with external vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–3 years of finance or accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Process daily financial transactions including payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and ledgers on a regular basis.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
• Assist in budget tracking, expense monitoring, and variance analysis.
• Prepare routine financial reports for management review.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments for payment and collection matters.
