Job summary

Intan Chemical Group is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead finance and accounting operations at our Gresik facility. The role oversees AP/AR, GL, treasury, and financial reporting, ensuring timely payments, accurate ledgers, and compliant reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in accounting or finance, at least 5 years in finance with 3 in supervision, with ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) and strong Excel/analytic skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in Finance and Accounting with at least 3 years in a Supervisory role.
• Experience with AP and AR; familiarity with cost accounting and budgeting.
• Chemical manufacturing or FMCG experience preferred; PSAK and tax knowledge.
• ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics); strong Excel and analysis skills.
• Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage finance and accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
• Oversee end-to-end AP/AR processes for timely payments and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operations.
• Prepare financial statements monthly/quarterly/annually per standards.
• Develop and improve financial policies, controls, and procedures.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for decisions.
• Ensure tax compliance and statutory requirements.
• Analyze performance and advise on profitability and efficiency.
• Support inventory valuation, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Operations.
