Job summary

Accor is seeking a Senior Finance Leader to oversee country hotel finance teams and drive financial performance across our Indonesian portfolio. You will ensure transparency, compliance with Group guidelines, and strong internal controls while supporting onsite and offsite operations.

Reporting to the Director of Finance Hotel Operations, you will analyze hotel results, lead budgeting and cost control, and partner with management to implement improvements across properties in Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of senior financial experience in the hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, cost control and accounting principles.
• Experience leading finance teams across multiple properties in Asia.
• Familiar with local business landscape and practices in Asia.

Job Description

The position is responsible for working closely with Director of Finance Hotel Operations by overseeing assigned country hotel finance teams. Responsibilities include ensuring financial transparency, compliance with Group guidelines, enhancing internal controls, and adhering to accounting standards through both onsite and offsite support. The position also involves analyzing hotel financial performance and collaborating with management and hotel teams to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, with a CPA or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial experience in the hotel industry, in a senior level finance position with demonstrated leadership
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles
• Hotel Industry knowledge, Finance leader of a large-scale hotel
• Familiar with the Asia local business landscape and practices
