Job summary

PT METAAХ METAL INDONESIA is seeking a senior finance professional to lead a finance team, establish internal SOPs for accounting and taxation, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will drive comprehensive reporting cycles and collaborate with auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance.

The role requires experience, strong MS Office and ERP skills, and the ability to set up robust budgeting and control processes within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• University/College or above, Accounting or Taxation background is mandatory.
• Brevet A & B mandatory.
• Indonesian language is mandatory; English or Chinese also required.
• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) essential; MYOB/Accurate ERP mandatory; SAP/Oracle a plus; Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build up a complete finance team.
• Set up internal SOP related to finance, accounting and taxation.
• Generate daily, monthly, quarterly and annually financial reports.
• Generate monthly, quarterly and annually tax reports.
• Cooperate with tax consultants and auditors for mandatory reports.
• Set up budget plan, internal review reports and control system.
• Fund plan, control and payment process.
• Deal with banks for loan facilities long-term or short-term.
• Help set up Accounting software system and input records.
• Prepare mandatory documents and system for internal control and compliance.
• Assist group CEO and CFO, if any.
