Job summary

Optimus Group, a Singapore-headquartered automotive trading business with operations across Indonesia, Korea, China, and Zambia, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the group finance function from Batam. This is a rare opportunity to build finance foundations for a growing SME group, work directly with the founder-CEO and CAO, and coordinate finance across 7 group entities.

You will own group consolidation and monthly close, lead a team of 3 Account Assistants, coordinate Singapore compliance

Qualifications

• Fluent business English is mandatory.
• 5+ years in progressive finance/accounting with 2+ years in FM/supervisory roles.
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Own group consolidation and monthly close across all Optimus entities.
• Lead a team of 3 Account Assistants based in Batam.
• Coordinate Singapore compliance with external Corporate Secretary and Tax Consultant.
• Provide proactive cash flow, budgeting, and financial analysis to management.
• Travel to Singapore 1-2x per month for on-site coordination (fully covered).

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Own group consolidation and monthly close across all Optimus entities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years in progressive finance/accounting, 2+ years in FM/supervisory role
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CA / ACCA / CPA / BKP Brevet preferred
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred
• Multi-entity consolidation experience
• Fluent business English — MANDATORY (verbal + written)
• Proactive, direct communicator, comfortable in fast-moving SME environment
