Procter & Gamble Jakarta General Office is offering an internship in our finance function. You will apply your education from day one and work on major projects with continuous coaching from your manager.

You will collaborate with other functions in a dynamic environment and enjoy flexible work arrangements during a 3‑month internship. We seek 3rd year or final-year students with an interest in finance, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• Open to all fields of study, but majors with finance/business/related field are preferred.
• You are a 3rd year or last year student.
• You are still university students (haven't graduated yet) as of 18 January 2027.
• Committed to a full-time internship for 3 months (18 January – 30 April 2027).
• Have base analytical thinking for insights-based decision making.
• Born leaders and are passionate to make things happen.
• Have an external focus and a real passion for finance.
• Like to bring creativity & innovation to your work.
• Have strong analytical thinking and skills.
• Collaborate well with diverse groups of people.
• Willing to relocate

Responsibilities

• You will have business responsibilities from Day 1 – You will work on at least one or two big projects.
• You will receive continuous coaching & mentorship from your manager and others.
• You will join our dynamic and respectful team and work closely with colleagues from other functions.
