MixWork Pte. Ltd. in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a hands-on KOL/affiliate acquisition specialist to build and manage a finance-focused KOL network.

You will source, approach, negotiate with and onboard partners to drive first-time funded accounts (FTD), reporting to the Head of Business Development. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Compliance to execute campaigns, optimise budgets and ensure regulatory compliance with OJK rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience acquiring KOLs, affiliates or partners with direct sourcing and onboarding.
• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or finance-adjacent industries.
• Existing network of finance KOLs across nano to macro audiences.
• Proven track record with measurable results (FTD, CPA, affiliate sales).
• Owns and manages a KOL/affiliate budget with a repeatable approach to acquiring finance KOLs.
• Strong understanding of Indonesia's digital marketing, partnership marketing, and OJK rules.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, creative problem-solver; comfortable with outreach and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Activate and expand your existing network of finance KOLs, building a consistent pipeline of nano, micro and macro creators across the relevant social platforms.
• Personally approach and pitch prospective KOLs, negotiating partnerships and onboarding them with tailored schemes (audience size-based, sponsored meetups, or events).
• Plan and lead KOL campaigns to build the company’s visibility online and convert audiences into registered, funded clients.
• Own and allocate your monthly KOL budget (fixed rates, CPA and commissions), track cost per FTD and return for each partner.
• Own the end-to-end KOL/partner funnel: outreach, onboarding, activation and conversion to referred first-time funded accounts (FTD).
• Monitor KOL and affiliate performance, identify underperformance, and improve activation and FTD conversion rates.
• Optimise partnership structures, commission schemes and incentive programmes to attract and retain top-performing KOLs.
• Manage monthly reporting, including KOL pipeline, campaign results, engagement (UGC) activity and referred FTD.
• Ensure all partnership and KOL engagements comply with OJK and other applicable Indonesian regulatory and promotional requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Compliance) to align on messaging, targeting and programme design, and drive process improvements and automation within the affiliate function.
