Qualifications

• Full-time student majoring in Accounting, Finance, or similar fields.
• Has an keen interest in Project management and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Ms Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures; and financial accounting regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Collaborative with ability to communicate effectively.
• Positive attitude and solution oriented, and the ability to think out of the box to innovate.
• Passionate about e-commerce and technology sectors.
• Available to commit for 6 months internship.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support finance projects such as create, review and check financial statements, ledgers, accounts, and initiate correction where appropriate.
• Prepare financial analytics including variances reporting and highlight any matter of concern.
• Involve in finance initiatives and projects e.g processes improvement and systems migration.
• Handle intercompany cross charge and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly management reporting.
• Working with the different teams to drive user acceptance during implementation of new tools
• Monitor, enforce and improve internal controls, accounting procedures and policies.
• Support rapid business growth and expansion.
