Job summary

ASTRO, Indonesia's quick commerce company, is hiring a Finance Excellence Senior Associate to transform Finance operations by improving processes, strengthening controls, and leveraging data, automation, and AI.

You will build and maintain Finance tools, dashboards, and automation solutions, partnering with Finance, Product, Data, Commercial, and Technology teams to translate business needs into practical solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve Finance process issues through automation, data, technology, and improved controls.
• Build and maintain Finance tools, dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.
• Drive improvements across Finance processes to be more effective, efficient, and cost-efficient, including AI-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Data, Commercial, and Technology teams to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Analyze data and process performance, identify root causes and improvement opportunities, and support UAT and implementation.
