Job summary

Moladin, Indonesia's leading mobility fintech platform, seeks a hands-on Finance Director to drive financial governance, regulatory operations, and capital strategy across our platforms. The role demands direct treasury management, external financing, audits, and tight internal controls, reporting to the executive team and coordinating with banks and lenders in Indonesia.

You will oversee accounting operations, tax planning, FP&A, and compliance with PSAK and IFRS, mentoring Finance and Treasury

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership in fintech or banking.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.
• Proven experience with PSAK, IFRS, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance, treasury, tax, and audit governance across platforms.
• Manage external audits and bank financing relationships in Indonesia.
• Lead month-end/year-end closing and internal control frameworks.
• Ensure PSAK/IFRS compliance and regulatory reporting to OJK/BI.
• Mentor Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams.
