Job summary

PT. Deli Group Indonesia is seeking a fresh graduate to join our finance and accounting team in Jakarta. You will support daily operations, maintain financial data, and assist with month-end closing while rotating across different finance functions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, potential SAP experience, and fluency in Chinese and English. Onsite work in Sunter, North Jakarta is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates welcome; candidates available to join immediately preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP/SAP experience is a plus.
• Willing to rotate across different Finance & Accounting functions.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and sensitive to financial data.
• Fluent in Chinese and English for professional business communication.
• Proactive, self-motivated, fast learner, and results-oriented.
• Strong communication skills and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work onsite (WFO) in Sunter, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Support daily finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and maintain financial data, documents, and reports.
• Assist with financial reconciliation and data checking.
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other finance processes as assigned.
• Input and maintain financial data accurately in ERP/SAP systems.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Support finance-related projects and process improvements.
• Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
