Job summary

PT. Universal Agri Bisnisindo is seeking a finance internship to assist with reviewing and processing payment vouchers, verifying supporting documents, and maintaining orderly financial records.

You will support the finance team in day-to-day administrative tasks and report preparation. The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in accounting/finance with strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Understanding of financial statements.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to commit 3-6 months to an internship.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance Controller team in reviewing and processing payment vouchers and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assist in the payment vouching process, including document checking, verification, and proper filing.
• Support day-to-day administrative and documentation activities within the finance department.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of payment-related documents and other financial documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports, data recapitulation, and other administrative tasks as required.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
