Job summary

PT Inovasi Karya International is seeking a skilled Finance Analyst to prepare and present detailed financial statements to Management. You will deliver comprehensive analyses of business performance and insights for improvement, and propose strategic recommendations.

You will develop and manage financial models and forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making, collaborating with departments to gather critical data and drive actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis with focus on strategic planning and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools, software, and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting reports to Management
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA designation is a plus

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, with a focus on strategic planning and reporting

Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Proficiency in financial analysis tools, software, and advanced Excel skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting reports to Management
