Edelman is seeking an Audit Support professional in Jakarta to assist Tax, Financial Statement, and Internal Audit processes. The role involves preparing documents, reconciling records, and maintaining organized audit evidence while coordinating with Finance teams to meet tight deadlines.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance/Taxation, with strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• Experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or Audit preferred.
• Familiar with financial statements, accounting reconciliations, and audit documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large amounts of financial data.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple audit requests simultaneously.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Complete and organized supporting documents for Tax Audit.
• Complete PBC list and supporting schedules for Financial Statement Audit.
• Supporting documents and evidence required for Internal Audit.
• Reconciliations and data analysis as requested.
• Updated tracking of audit requests, outstanding items, and completion status.
• Properly organized audit working papers and documentation.
• Complete the deliverables according to the given timelines

Responsibilities

• Assist in Tax Audit: prepare data and supporting documents, reconcile records, and respond to auditors.
• Assist in Financial Statement Audit: compile schedules, support balance sheet and P&L, and manage audit requests.
• Assist Internal Audit: prepare documents, support walkthroughs/testing, and document gaps in controls.
• Organize Finance & Accounting documentation, perform data checks, and maintain confidentiality.
