Job summary

Tarumanagara University (UNTAR) invites a detail-oriented Finance Staff to join our finance team. You will handle daily financial and accounting administrative tasks and support our budgeting processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting with GPA 3.50 and at least 1 year of experience, familiar with taxation and the full accounting cycle, and proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office. This role requires accuracy, independence, and teamwork in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.50.
• 1 year of experience as a Finance professional.
• Understanding of taxation, budgeting, and the full accounting cycle.
• Experienced in using accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial and accounting administrative processes
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and supporting documents accurately
• Support budgeting, financial reconciliation, and reporting activities
• Assist in taxation administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Perform accounting processes related to the full accounting cycle
• Input and manage financial data using accounting software and internal systems
• Coordinate with related units to ensure smooth financial operations and documentation
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in all financial processes
