Job summary

Diageo is seeking an RTD Label Operator for a 6-month fixed term contract in Bali. You will operate and observe RTD labeling and printing machines, following SOPs and work instructions to ensure accurate labeling of bottles.

Responsibilities include maintaining associated equipment, performing 5S and autonomous maintenance, recording daily data, and assisting QA with root-cause analysis to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to collect, read and interpret data.
• Technical ability to operate equipment/tools/machines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting patterns.
• Minimum general or vocational high school, preferably machine/electrical.
• At least 1 year experience in manufacturing consumer goods, beverage preferred.
• Basic computer skills: Word and Excel.
• Good Indonesian communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Operate and observe warmer, RTD label machine, printing machine follow to work instruction and standard operation and procedure
• Maintain warmer, RTD filler machine, printing machine and tools through autonomous maintenance and conduct 5S
• Control and validate the quality of labelled bottle complete with code coming out from label machine to follow packed bottle parameter
• Run cleaning in place (CIP) of warmer and sanitation process
• Record data in daily report operation, analyze and interpret data to coordinate with quality analyst and support root cause analysis

Qualifications

• Good technical skill to operate equipment/tools/machine
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and shifting pattern
• Minimum general or vocational high school, preferably machine/electrical
• At least 1 year business experience in manufacturing consumer goods preferably in beverage factory

• Good communication skills - spoken and written in Indonesia language
