Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Jakarta seeks an accounting/finance administrator responsible for invoicing, reconciliations, and contract administration to support the AWS-OSS team.

You will record invoices, coordinate with the Finance team, and handle related reporting tasks, requiring attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and proficiency with Excel are required, with prior experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university.
• Major in Accounting or Finance; prior accounting/finance experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and basic accounting principles.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record and follow up on AWS-OSS team invoices and billing matters.
• Perform account reconciliations in coordination with the Finance team to support AWS-OSS operational needs.
• Support the administration of contracts, invoices, and other related documents.
• Carry out other administrative and reporting tasks as required by the AWS-OSS team.
