Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a seasoned finance leader to oversee the finance, accounting, and tax functions, ensuring robust governance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization.

The role will drive financial planning, reporting accuracy, treasury management, and strategic insights for executive decision-making, growth initiatives, and investment opportunities. English proficiency and professional qualifications such as CPA/CA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and tax with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, treasury management, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across the finance, accounting, and tax functions to ensure robust financial governance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
• Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Manage treasury matters including cash flow management, funding strategies, and relationships with banking partners.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making, business growth, and investment initiatives.
