Job summary

PT RREX International Logistik is seeking a Finance Accounting & Tax Staff to join our team in Tangerang. You will manage daily accounting transactions (AP/AR/GL) and support month-end and year-end closing with accuracy.

Duties include bank reconciliations, producing financial reports, and tax compliance for Indonesian regulations (PPh 21/23, PPN, CIT). Maintain records and support controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, Financial Statements, AP/AR, and reconciliation processes.
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations and tax reporting requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy.
• Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
• Prepare accurate financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Handle tax compliance and reporting, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPN, and Corporate Income Tax
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company financial policies

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, Financial Statements, AP/AR, and reconciliation processes
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations and tax reporting requirements
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy
• Brevet A & B certification is an advantage
