Job summary

PT. Livindo Artha Gracia in Indonesia is seeking a Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff to manage bookkeeping and financial records for the company.

You will prepare daily and monthly financial reports and ensure accurate tax reporting under Indonesian regulations. Ideal candidates have a minimum of a bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance, 1-3 years in finance/tax, proficiency in Excel, and experience with accounting software such as Accurate.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Accounting / Finance.
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Tax.
• Understanding of Indonesian taxation (PPN & PPh).
• Proficient in Excel (basic to intermediate formulas).
• Experience using accounting software (Accurate, etc.).
• Brevet A/B certificate.
• Resident of Gading Serpong / BSD / Tangerang.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Disciplined and responsible.
• Able to work with deadlines.
• Communicative and able to coordinate with team.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and financial record-keeping for the company
• Create financial reports (daily, monthly)
• Calculate, prepare, and report taxes (PPN, PPh)
• Reconcile bank and financial reports
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding financial administration
