Job summary

Sir Froyo in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Finance and Accounting professional to oversee day-to-day financial transactions, bookkeeping, and multi-entity records for the brand portfolio. You will monitor cash flow, reconcile bank data and payment gateways, manage AP/AR, and prepare monthly closings and statutory financial statements per Indonesian standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax roles.
• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or multi-outlet businesses is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and taxation regulations.
• Hands-on experience in bookkeeping, financial closing, financial reporting, and tax administration.
• Familiarity with accounting software, Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple entities, and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions, bookkeeping, and accounting records across multiple business entities and brands.
• Monitor and reconcile daily sales, cash flow, bank transactions, payment gateways, and outlet revenue reports.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, vendor payments, and expense monitoring.
• Manage monthly financial closing, account reconciliation, and preparation of financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Monitor operational expenses, inventory costs, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and outlet-level profitability.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis to support management decisions, budgeting, and business performance monitoring.
• Ensure accurate tax calculations, reporting, and timely tax payments in compliance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations.
• Handle tax administration, including PPh, PPN, e-Faktur, tax reconciliation, and coordination of tax filings.
• Maintain proper financial documentation, accounting records, and supporting documents for audit and tax purposes.
• Coordinate with operational teams, outlet managers, vendors, and external parties on financial and accounting matters.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, internal controls, and accounting procedures across business operations.
