PT JEEKING INTERNASIONAL INDONESIA is seeking an accounting professional to coordinate with tax offices, banks, and support related business operations. The role includes managing transactions, bank settlements, bookkeeping, and documentation organization.

You will handle monthly and annual corporate income tax (PPh) calculations, VAT obligations, and ensure timely reporting. Additionally, you will support cost calculation, reporting, and management decision-making through data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with local tax offices, banking institutions and support development of related business operations.
• Manage financial transactions, including bank settlements, bookkeeping of bank statements, receipts and documentation organization.
• Handle monthly and annual corporate income tax (PPh) calculations and reporting including VAT and other tax obligations.
• Ensure timely settlement of accounts payable and receivable, maintain cash flow and account management.
• Issue and verify invoices, manage tax withholding and assist with monthly tax declaration and reconciliation processes.
• Apply business accounting and inventory principles to calculate cost and expense data to support decision-making.
• Maintain and organize accounting files such as ledgers and financial reports.
• Conduct financial data analysis and provide insights to support management reporting and strategic decision-making.
