Job summary

PT Human Protalent Indonesia is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the accounting function in Jakarta. The role requires 10+ years in finance and accounting, with strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.

Responsibilities include overseeing month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions, while coordinating with auditors and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and applicable accounting standards.
• Experience in month-end and year-end closing, reconciliation, and GL review.
• Experience in sales accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and intercompany transactions.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems/ERP (Kingdee or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with auditors and stakeholders.
• CPA or CA qualification would be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review the work of the finance team.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings and accurate reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during audits.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Relevant 10 years plus working experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and applicable accounting standards.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, Chinese language Skills would be preferred.
• Experience in month-end and year-end closing processes, account reconciliation, and general ledger review.
• Experience in sales accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and intercompany transactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/ERP, preferably Kingdee or equivalent systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments, external auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet reporting deadlines.
• Good leadership skills, with the ability to supervise, guide, and review team members' work.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• CPA or CA qualification, would be preferred
