Job summary

Eighty One Coffee in Tangerang, Banten, invites applications for a Staff Finance & Accounting role. You will maintain financial records across AR and AP, ensure accurate cash and bank transactions, and support monthly closings.

The role covers cafe/outlet settlements, QRIS and e-wallets, and requires a Diploma/Bachelor in Accounting with 1–2 years of Finance & Accounting experience, preferably in F&B. ESB Accounting System and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Experience in F&B industry (cafes/restaurants) preferred.
• Hands-on AR handling, including sales reconciliation and outlet settlements.
• Experience using ESB Accounting System.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable processes including sales recording and payment collection.
• Process Accounts Payable from verification to payment processing.
• Record cash and bank receipts and payments accurately and timely.
• Perform regular cash and bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile sales data from cafes/restaurants/outlets with settlements.
• Prepare financial reports for management.
• Monitor and reconcile payment gateway settlements and QRIS/e-wallets.
