Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented person to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role will focus on managing supplier invoices, payment processing, and ensuring accurate recording of accounts payable transactions while maintaining proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

Receive, review, and verify supplier/vendor invoices accurately and timely.

Ensure all invoices are supported with complete documentation and proper approvals.

Record accounts payable transactions into the accounting system.

Prepare payment schedules and process payments in accordance with company procedures.

Reconcile supplier/vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding invoice and payment matters.

Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely settlement of obligations.

Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.

Support preparation of monthly financial reports and closing activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.

Good understanding of accounts payable processes and payment procedures.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
