Midplaza Building is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant reporting while supporting budgeting, treasury, receivables, taxation, and performance analysis for informed business decisions.

Responsibilities include leading monthly/annual reporting, supervising operations, maintaining internal controls, coordinating with departments and auditors, and driving process improvements across finance

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Eight or more years of experience in finance and/or accounting; public accounting firm experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end closing, reconciliations, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and internal controls.
• Proven leadership ability to manage teams and coordinate with auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail.

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively with management, auditors, banks, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement in finance and accounting operations.
