Job description

Senior Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

In charge of financial ledgers and maintain full sets of accounts using the SAP accounting system, in compliance with Indonesian Financial Reporting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”).

Ensure compliance with internal controls, group accounting policies and applicable accounting standards (local Indonesian Standards and IFRS).

Monitor, review, and approve the month‑end closing of accounts.

Prepare year‑end statutory audited financial statements, monthly management reports, and quarterly financial reports to headquarters which comply with IFRS.

Ensure timely submission of financial reports to headquarters and tax reports to regulatory authorities.

Handle all tax matters, including but not limited to reporting and payment of withholding tax, corporate income tax, value‑added tax (VAT), employer’s taxes and contributions as well as the relevant taxes.

Liaise with tax consultants on the preparation of tax returns and computations, preparation of transfer pricing documentation, tax holiday application and reporting and tax advisory matters.

Liaise with tax auditors on tax audits, objections, appeal matters.

Ensure compliance with the latest accounting standards, tax regulations and internal group/company policies.

Maintain proper documentation and supporting schedules for audit and compliance purposes.

Liaise with external banks, auditors, Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (Audit Board of Indonesia), Tax Officer, tax agents, and other regulatory authorities during both pre‑commencement and post operations.

Monitor and review financial statements and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.

Liaise with banks, tax authorities, government agencies, and external stakeholders and other relevant bodies/agencies as required.

Experience in construction of wellness centre in special economic zone would be added advantage and willing to travel and station at the construction site in Bali (Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Sanur) on a need basis.

Willing to be posted to Bali (Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus Sanur) upon completion of wellness centre in 2026/2027.

Manage the company’s daily cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational and capital requirements.

Monitor bank balances, forecast cash positions, and manage short‑term and long‑term cash flow planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance from a reputable university or full professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CMA, ACCA).

With at least 10 years of working experience in similar roles or audit or both. Audit experience from the Big 4 would be an added advantage.

Proficient with MS Office, knowledge of SAP is a plus point.

Good planning and organisational skills and be able to multi‑task.

Independent and self‑discipline.

Ability to work in a team and in a multifunctional and multicultural environment.

Hands‑on individual and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Proven abilities in leading a Finance and Accounting team, delivering routine as well as meeting business ad‑hoc requirements.

Committed and responsible and prepared to work extra hours during peak period.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and ability to build cross‑discipline relationships.
