Job summary

Piktura Lensa Nusa (Jonas Photo) is seeking an experienced Finance/Accounting Leader to oversee daily to annual closing, budgeting, and tax planning in Bandung. You will manage reconciliations, handle audits, and ensure compliant financial reporting.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of taxation, and proficiency in Accurate accounting software and Microsoft Office. You will lead finance staff and collaborate with channel partners on rebates and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation.
• Proficient in Accurate accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership, analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record all transactions and perform daily, monthly, and annual transaction reconciliations.
• Manage inventory data, payments, and adjustments within the company’s financial system.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of budgets.
• Manage all documentation processes to ensure transactions are carried out efficiently and accurately.
• Manage agreements with channel partners and implement consistent approaches regarding rebates and marketing support for them.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with financial reporting standards and company policies.
• Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process as required.
• Train, develop, and review the performance of finance staff.
• Handle year-end closing and audit preparations, stock opname, and taxation matters, including tax planning, compliance, strategy, risk management, and tax returns (SPT).
