Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in finance and accounting (Fresh graduates welcome).
• Proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar systems.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements relevant to our operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
