Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree from Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related major
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Account Payable, preferable from Hospitals Industries
• Understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and accounts payable processes.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with vendors, hospital staff, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Responsibilities

• Review payment requests for completeness, accuracy and timeliness
• Perform reconciliation with the bank to determine financial status
• Prepare tax deduction recapitulations as the basis for SPT
• Process payments and report employee taxes according to due dates
• Collect data and/or generate reports related to operational activities for superiors
• Implement procedures for quality and safety services and document reports for hospital targets
